I hadn’t planned on releasing another version of Unwakeable in the 1.x series, yet here it is. The release of Unwakeable 1.2.1 was prompted after the discovery of a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the Unwakeable search functions.
The vulnerability makes it possible for people to run malicious code that could, for example, steal all the cookies from your domain. You can download Unwakeable 1.2.1 from the official Unwakeable page. There are no new features in Unwakeable 1.2.1. The only difference between 1.2 and 1.2.1 is the fix for the XSS vulnerability.
If you’re already using version 1.2 and don’t want to bother upgrading, I’ve put together a post describing the steps to take to patch the vulnerability in Unwakeable 1.2.
I apologize for the inconvenience and please let me know if you have any issues with Unwakeable 1.2.1.
Well, now what?

Hi there,
I have a problem.. It’s the first time that I installed the Unwakeable theme, and when I activate it and click on the ‘Unwakeable Options’ I see:
WordPress database error: [Table '******.wp_categories' doesn't exist]
SELECT cat_ID, cat_name FROM wp_categories
And when I go to ‘Unwakeable Custom Header’ I get:
/home/******/domains/******/public_html/******/wp-content/themes/unwakeable-1.2.1/images/headers/ is missing.
Please add this directory at your earliest convenience.
Remember to also chmod 777 the headers directory.
I have never seen a ‘Readme’ file and i can’t find on eon the internet, so tell me what I should do =)
Bye!

Hi SEO,
Please have a look at this post as it describes what’s going on with Unwakeable.
Basically, I haven’t updated Unwakeable to be 100% compatible with WordPress 2.3+, so you will see some errors. If you don’t enable the Archives page from the Unwakeable Options page, you should be OK.
Hi Tyler!
instead of the pages in the header I would like to have certain categories there.
do you think it is much effort for someone who is not really into coding to change this?
any hints?
thank you!
